bob-pump-2 is upgrade target for Cargo Ships ship_pump, causing an error because of the different collision mask.
I'm not certain if this is the fault of the modders at all, but I figured I should place a report here before making a bug report.

I'm not sure what Cargo ships is doing (I haven't looked) but, bob's logistics adds next_upgrade to the pump, as it's an upgrade chain.

It's possible cargo ships is cloning that entity (after I add the tag) and thus causing the error.

I can probably fix the issue by moving adding the flag from the data phase to the data-updates phase.

I'll look into it.
