I'm playing SeaBlock on Factorio 1.0. In the upper left of the screen, just under FNEI, is a permanent window that says "Enable reach overrides / Enable inserter configuration mode" with checkboxes. Is this intended to up always up, not just when clicking an inserter? If not, how can I get rid of it? Thanks.
