b More hint than bug - display of placed turbo inserter=express inserter

Hi Bobingabout,

as the title says, when placing a (purple-ish) turbo-inserter, then click it to update pickup- or drop-directions, it shows up as express-inserter. Crafting-menu is fine.

Use Inserter overhaul=True and Zombiee's shinymods.
