I have a small blueprint with a requester chest and adjusted inserters moving ammo from the chest to 3 turrets. When I deploy this blueprint using items in my personal inventory and a personal roboport, on my Linux 0.13.13 headless server, it desyncs and drops me almost every time. I don't have this issue when playing locally or hosting in Windows. This may be a race condition only present on my possibly slow Linux host (a cloud VPS).
I can provide the desync log from the server, but I think this should be somewhat easy to reproduce. Just put lots of adjusted fast inserters in a blueprint and deploy from inventory.
