Productivity was intentionally removed from the final step of making circuit boards because too many steps of compounding productivity was making them too cheap.

Productivity not being on basic electronic components was an oversight, though.

No, it's not intentional. Can you please create a new game, save it, then upload the save file for me please? This will allow me to sync to your exact mod list and settings.

Great. Will do. I've also noticed that several (but not all) fluids cannot have prod mods. I'll try to make a comprehensive list as I run across them - sulfuric acid from the sour gas sweetening chain is one.
