All Electric Multi Purpose Furnaces oscilates the input like crazy, keep pushing fluid out every second.
Burning and Oil chemical furnaces works ok, Eletric Chemical Furnace also works fine.
EMPFs have a fluid box height of 2, this is usually used on things like the boiler and steam engine where fluids can flow through them, so, isn't needed. I'll remove it for 0.18
