This is unfortunate but necessary, as I have purposefully disabled it. The newly replaced map view is coupled to the full capabilities of the Remote View, along with a handful of other things like the Logistics window. I cannot allow the Remove View because it allows escaping the sandbox; therefore all the Remove View related functionality is a casualty. You could petition Wube to make their permissions and APIs more granular so that we could prevent some but not all things related to the Remote View capabilities.
