Allows moving and recolouring blueprints.

Works best with colored blueprints.

Based on justarandomgeeks conman.

Modes of operation (only uses cc1):

signal-I=1: reindex all included books (enumerates them to avoid deletion of multiples.

one colored book item signal >0, one <0 place a copy of the negative page number to the positive page number in the specified books.

one colored book signal <0 one colored blueprint>0: output the a copy of the page as blueprint of positive signal.

one blueprint <0 , one >0 : output that blueprint with changed color.

one bp or book <0 : eject that book.
