b [Adressed] Missing icon for Arig's Hyper belt

The Hyper transport belt (from planet Arig) icon is missing, but only in the "set ghost cursor" window and in the research menu.

Interesting... how strange. I'll look for a fix.

EDIT: looks like it's because planetary arig uses the belt icon twice (once for the item and once for the recipe) instead of reusing the item's icon for the recipe.
Black Rubber Belts only replaces the item's icon.
It's more of an issue with the other mod itself, I'm not sure it'd be worthwhile to fix it on my end.

Ah gotcha, yeah I agree this should be fixed on the other mods side.
