Adds a new recipe for biochambers: Bio-Holmium Solution.

Requires 3 holmium ore, 4 stone, and 20 water to output 150 holmium solution. The output per holmium ore is the same as the standard holmium solution recipe, but allows you to take advantage of the biochamber's base productivity bonus in addition to the extra module slot it offers in exchange for suddenly needing to manage nutrients and spoilage on Fulgora.
