Not really. Some mods working without changes from 0.16 to 0.17 etc, so I decided to make versions for 0.18 and 1.0.
I can't guarantee that I can update the mods on time but I can increase compatibility and then they are more likely to run on newer versions.
For me, that is the best option to make such versions, since I don't know where I will be after published a new Factorio version.
do you have access to a 1.0 build?
No, but I hope that API documentation will be available for the versions before their publishing. So I can update the mods to new versions if mods contain errors.
