g Double speed belts

The loaders are not set to the highest speed when double speed belts is enabled. I am running full bobs and angels where the ultimate belt from bobs has a speed of 480 item per sec with double speed belts. However the bf loaders are running at 240 items per second which happens to be the same as bobs turbo belt.

The factories are hard capped by the engine at 1 craft per tick (or 60 per second) anyway, so given the number of loaders I doubt this will be a bottleneck.

Basically, just put a double speed splitter after two loaders and take the single belt from there.
