The electro whinning cell is also not in there. I added it in on my game though.

I never added the whinning cell because there don't seem to be any recipes for it. I tested with Angel's bio processing, petrochem, refining and smelting. Which other mods should I enable so I can actually test the factory with a recipe?

The recipes for it should be in refining. In the electro refining tech. You use it to make ferrous/cupric anode sludge. Granted, it is only two recipes but still.
