g Various questions

First, I'd like to ask if there's any planned change to Adsorber recipes, considering all four take same amount of polluted air and same amount of time.
Second, are you planning to make some recycle recipe for used spraying surface? Right now it's good only for voiding.
Third, can I ask for advice for efficient placement of pollution collectors? Should I spread them around or put more in one chunk and leave rest on pollution balancing?
Fourth, while I already have bigger factory, I found out that putting more than few dozens (around 120 MK3's) on map causes visible "bumps" in game smoothness. This is part of reason I ask about efficient placement.

Fifth, I really like this mod and looking towards new features for it. Also I like the fact that you can remove buildings from it by bot without crashing the game.

Another to the list of questions:
Any reason that every device working with Polluted Air (including pipes) loses polution back to world? I tried to concentrate filtering plant using factorissimo, and now it's in state where even cheat beacon with speed modules can't keep up with pollution produced by filtering process itself.

Hey! These are various answers (and questions also) to your post.

  1. What changes do you want to see to Adsorber recipes?
  2. You can put any used spraying surface in a furnace and see what happens ;) Maybe I'll change this recipe one day to make it more eco-friendly, but calcination (burning) is really used to recycle such things.
  3. (And 4, and 6). Suction rate is calculated on a per-chunk basis, not per-tower. I decided to disperse polluted air back to the world after some critical concentration to disallow player store it in tanks. Actually, this is the most UPS-consuming part, so I left an option (see mod settings) to turn it off. I would love to see your big factory and test my mod using your savegame :)
  4. (5 actually). Thanks, such comments inspire to make great things.

1) Personally, either time or pollution procession tiers, with coal -> coal+steam -> Basic Filter -> Advanced Filter with each tier either processing same amount of polluted air faster or processing more of it. Right now there's not much incentive to use filters in Adsorber unless you want to conserve resources.

2) Yeah, I found that one. I tried mod in Sandbox save, and FNEI and Editor Extensions have wonky compatibility.

3) That would explain some things, obviously I missed mod settings. I have no problem with sending you save file, I just have to dig it out and upload it somewhere first. Expect lots of mods though.

Yeah, looks like it's neccessary to change adsorber filtering recipes, thanks for your suggestion. What would you say about absorbing?
Let me know when you upload your save file somewhere, it'll be easier for me to test mod performance on a really huge factory with tons of other mods.
