What's in the Mod

Anfilts Belt Utilities right now consists of a single belt lane swapper and a single belt lane balancer. The lane swapper swaps the two lanes on a belt. The lane balancer balances both the input and output of items on the belt.

Suggestions and Improvements

I am open to any new ideas for some utilties to add or fixing any issues you come across just let me know =)
