I'm not sure if vanilla loaders are affected by this issue, but when I use the Compact Loaders from this mod ( https://mods.factorio.com/mod/deadlock-beltboxes-loaders ) and try to load a saturated belt into storage (Even if it isn't full), it'll overflow. I feel like this isn't intended
