Causes full belts to overflow at the end.

I tried using this mod together with loaders from the Loader Redux mod. Using a loader to unload and load a chest, I get belt overflow, even though the belt never stops moving. Otherwise, great mod.
Thanks for the feedback. I will test with a loader mod and see if I can put in a check for them.
