Since the maxium speed that factorio allow you to move item on a belt is 21600/min (360/s) can you change the 240/s compression to 360/s compression?

The belt run an ipotetic speed of 2k/s but factorio allow only 360
The loader is a custom nimiloader from the miniloader mod, the vanilla one allow only 120/s
