Adds Balancer Parts, that can be put together, to balance all adjusting lanes.

Really just a request to add in recipes for Krastorio 2's Advanced and Superior Transport belts if possible.
Since balancers are always adjusting their speed to the belt they are connected to, Krastorio2 belts are also supported. I just dont add a recipe :)
I have a similar issue. The mod Factorio+ changes yellow belts to transport 12 items per second and even with a full input, the output belt(s) won't be full.
