Not sure if support needs to be added in the Belt Balancer mod or the Miniloader mod for items to go directly between the 2. As it stands you currently have to use a belt between the 2 mod items.
Miniloaders are secretly inserters behind the scenes. They don't do anything in scripting when active. It's unlikely it would be feasible to make the two mods work without a belt between them.
