Adds Balancer Parts, that can be put together, to balance all adjusting lanes. Updated for better performance and Factorio 2.0, fixing some bugs from previous versions. Unofficial compatibility build for Factorio 2.1.

When 2 Underground belts are placed and you attempt to rotate them to flip them, it causes the game to crash.

The mod Belt Balancer 3 (unofficial 2.1 compatibility) (1.0.3) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.
