Beautiful Bridge Railway

Add some beautiful bridge-rails (wood, iron, stone-brick) that can be placed on water, and change default Big-electric-pole and rail-signals to be placeable on water.

b Incomptibility with mod Cargo Ships

When starting factorio with the Cargo Ships mod and the Beautiful Bridge Railway mod, it produces an error while loading:

Failed to load mods: entity prototype "rail-chain-signal" (rail-chain-signal) collision mask does not collide with entity "buoy" (rail-signal).
rail signal collision masks mus collide with all other rail signals.
rail-chain-signal modifications: Base mod > Beautiful Bridge Railway
buoy modifications: Cargo Ships

According to the cargo ships mod author you might be able to fix it similar like SE (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/cargo-ships/discussion/5fc3d1d9772c4ba64571dad7).
