Add some beautiful bridge-rails (wood, iron, stone-brick) that can be placed on water, and change default Big-electric-pole and rail-signals to be placeable on water.

Trains are great, but what if they could do even more?
I don't know if this is down to this mod, but it's the only mod I've changed lately that relates to trains and tracks...
When I copy and paste a train, I can't paste - it tells me "must be placed on tracks" even when it is.
I can only work around it by making a new train then shift-click to copy the config from the old one.
