Like the title says, it would be nice to be able to make it ONLY to transport energy between outposts and not in trains. Mainly with mods like SE space trains, which already adds electric trains.
That would be quite a lot of extra options for the different types of vehicles. Nothing forces you to put the batteries into locomotives.
