Great mod. I'm playing SE+K2 and I've noticed that with Battery Powered installed, portable generators do not accept AAI and K2 fuels (biofuel, processed fuel etc). Any idea why that would be?

Probably another issue of "who does what in which data-stage" :-/ I'll investigate.
As a possible workaround there is a setting to disable battery fuel support for portable generators.
I improved the handling of fuel_categories in 1.3.2
