When researching Agricultural Science research, sometimes the science switches to "Technology misses science", which admittedly it does.

What for me is the bug is the following behaviors:
- The tool tip never shows that it's the Agricultural science that is missing, there is just no science listed (The data table qms[<science>].missing_science is empty
- Even when the science is refilled it never switches back to the research that is higher in the queue. (Don't know if that is intended, but that would be a feature request, if that is currently not part of the functionality)
