I just updated and the mod is telling me everything in my queue (With a yellow background) is saying "Technology misses science" while I have "Enable research queue manager" set.
I can disable and reenable it, and the research will begin and get disrupted before it completes.
The research items in question include Red, Green, Black and Blue. All of which are included in my production chain to a capacity that should support all of my research hubs.

Damn it, I was afraid that this feature would cause trouble.. I have tested it thoroughly but during the last part of the development I noticed that the mod started slowing down the game, so I made some changes in how the labs are scanned for science packs and I fucked up there.

A fix is available in v1.3.1 and I added the annotation that this feature is experimental. You can always disable the option to read lab contents, it's a mod setting under settings > mod settings > map.
