Just opened the UI and this popped up:

Hmm that should not have happened and I can't figure out exactly why this happened in your case. I have a hunch that we try to queue an invalid tech.

I added a fix to prevent this specific crash in v0.4.1. If this error happens again please pay attention to the in-game messages (bottom left) because we might throw an error message right before this crash happens.

Working now. I'll let you know if something else comes up.
