I am not sure if the problem is this mod or your SE bridge mod as I have both of them installed. The single cylinder engine only has a stack size of 1 for the compressed item. and does not respect the deadlock stack size option. The recipe goes away when I remove your mods. I have 0.0.7 of both mods.

Have you set the settings in Mod setting > Startup > Deadlock's Stacking beltboxes... > stack size to higher than 5 by any chance?
if it is set to 50 or larger, due to the sc engine having stack size 50, the stack of 50 version will have stack size 1.
