I have a question - should the request chests be reset if I turn off the recipe?
That is, I set the recipe, the drones brought the components to the request chest, then some items were made, and I turned off the recipe, but there are components left in the request chests that are no longer needed, but since the request itself has not gone anywhere, these components are not taken by the drones, because they are not marked as garbage.
If there is no such logic, can it be added? Like when there is no recipe, clear the chest request.

Hi! Thanks for bringing this up. I completely agree with you and, to be honest, I had assumed this behavior was already happening. However, I just checked and realized that’s not the case.

I’d like to implement this so that the requests in the chests are cleared when no recipe is set. This would align the behavior with inserter conditions, which already get cleared when no recipe is set.

This has been addressed and is now fixed in version 1.5.3. If there’s anything else or any other issues, feel free to let me know. Thanks again for your input!
