That mod updated the rocket payload in Space Era based on my suggestion, previously it was set to 10K stack. A few hours ago, the latest version fixed this issue. Then I tried again, and it works normally now.

Oh, you're using a fork (by fctrusr I guess) of the original mod, makes more sense now.
