I feel like this is too op to unlock on fulgora, mabye it could add a new research from the Aquilo science pack instead, as at that point it would feel more balanced for this kind of opness, I get that it is a kind of cheat mod, but at least make it have more difficulty than getting to fulgora, like maybe at least all of the first 3 planets
