I notice that it's set so space age is optional, which I think is nice, because I like to use quality even with space age disabled.

However, the recipe requires holmium and there is no alternate recipe, so if space age is disabled you just get an error message because holmium doesn't exist and can't use the mod.

Fixed it, if there's no space age then holmium plates are not required, surface conditions are not restricted

By the way it still fails to load without space age with the following error.

Failed to load mods: Loading sound "space-age/sound/entity/electromagnetic-plant/electromagnetic-plant-loop.ogg" failed with error: Path space-age/sound/entity/electromagnetic-plant/electromagnetic-plant-loop.ogg does not match any enabled mod

I get the same error when using this mod without "space age"
