Attach Notes

Attach notes to combinators, entities... almost everything + Adds signposts. All notes are saved when you export a blueprint as a string (but you need the mod to read them).

b mod leaves cruft on combinators that gets coppied

I managed to create a bad combinator with some piece of attach note cruft on it. I ignored it when it first happned, but now I have 100's of "requesting material" alerts that can never be filled, and it's hiding actual requests that I'd like to resolve in my factory.

Fixed in version 0.5.0. The blueprints were saved incorrectly so the notes are gone sadly, but it shouldn't happen again.
