It seems that, in the displayed tool-tip note, leading whitespace is trimmed from each line and blank lines are removed.

Can leading whitespace and blank lines in notes be preserved instead? They are preserved in the note itself they just aren't displayed in the hover note.

This would open up useful formatting possibilities such as line breaks between sections, indented lists and such, etc.
