Bob's mods have been updated for Factorio 2.0! As part of that, all prototypes have been given a "bob-" prefix if they didn't already have it. Can you update your blacklist to suit please?

Should be bob-steam-assembling-machine. Alternatively, you could check and see if there's already a pipe connection in that position?
