Adds more pipe connections to allow assemblers (chem plants, refineries, pumpjacks and modded miners (all toggled by settings)) to pass through fluids, like electric miners.
As the title suggests, the warning about adding it mid-game should be added to the mini-description.
At the moment there's no way to know this affects more than just the assembler from the in-game mod manager.
