Adds more pipe connections to allow assemblers (chem plants, refineries, pumpjacks and modded miners (all toggled by settings)) to pass through fluids, like electric miners.
First, the options to turn off passthrough for oil refineries and chemical plants is BROKEN: ticking either of the two boxes turns passthrough on for BOTH structures. I suspect there is a logic error in handling the mod setting at startup.
Second, a feature request: it would be nice to be able to turn off the passthrough for assemblers, while keeping refineries passthrough.
