Adds more pipe connections to allow assemblers (chem plants, refineries, pumpjacks and modded miners (all toggled by settings)) to pass through fluids, like electric miners.
Could you blacklist this mod? For reasons, it turns trains into fluids, which make the trainbuilder entity work as a passthrough with APP enabled, and it really, really shouldn't.
