Adds more pipe connections to allow assembling machines (including chem plants, oil-refineries (toggleable by settings)) to pass through fluids, like electric miners.

I've found a problem with the Bio Reactor from Bio Industries. It seems that there isn't an algae input. If I connect a pipe to the algae input it pumps out water. On the right there should be an algae input. For this mod the Passthrough should be off.
