When I zoom out too far on the map, it is no longer possible to mark the area with "Artillery bombardment remote". I though that this was control colliding with "Drag map" option, but changing it from LMB to something else doesn't resolve the problem. To be able to mark the area, I need to zoom in to the world view (i.e. to the level when I would see the world if I had radar coverage).

I think this is true of all selection tools in the base game - I tried a few things to get it working but couldn't come up with anything.
