Long story short, I just realized that none of the fuel rod, nuclear oxides, spent fuel rods etc. hurt the player if they're of higher quality.

I released fix with apm_lib 0.32.01. It seems the https://lua-api.factorio.com/latest/classes/LuaControl.html#get_item_count return default using only item name count of normal items.
