I made a giant water extraction base, which naturally produced a ton a mud
I used this mud (along with iron and coke, of course) to make steel
It turns out that the steel recipe turns 100 water into 180 steam, and the steam -> water cooling tower turns that back into 180 water, which means the steel production cycle using wet mud actually turns into infinite water.
Since the standard behavior for a boiler is to turn X water into X steam, I propose just turning down the amount of steam produced by producing steel. Perhaps 80 or 100 instead of 180?
