The reprocessing recipes include Bob's Fusion Catalyst as an output, meaning I need to have Bob's Chemicals active to run this fork.

00.22.01 remove fusion catalyst as products (fusion catalyst production will be enabled if mod can find recipe from bob in system only)
It is still giving this error at startup, though:
