I have no idea & can't reproduce
Can you provide log file "factorio-current.log" (https://wiki.factorio.com/Application_directory#User_data_directory) with error from startup
and filelist of mods "/mods/mod-list.json"?

or your last save - for sync all dat & settings via it can be suitable too
