In the new game, I encountered a block. Steam science pack from bobtech and this mod are different objects. Steam science pack from bobtech is not available for lab. This inhibits the study of the steam era of bobtech. Basic logistics and basic automation also require the yellow science pack, and are subject to the apm_power_inherit_steam_science options, which also blocks the boiler research. Perhaps the reason is that I also use aai-industry with the angel and Bob sets, but without it, pure Bob and angel conflict with this mod. Sorry for my English.

Steam phase from bobtech and apm has been always incompatible. You have to deactivate steam phase from bobtech. You can do it in the by clicking on mod settings and searching for bob's.

Even if the options are enabled, the scientific packages added by the mod are not added to all recipes. They don't seem to be added to angel mods. Here is a screenshot of the technology tree. I switched compatibility options, but it didn't help.

And another bug. There is a recipe for a pump pumping water at a speed of 1200. When loading a save, it turns into a pump with a pumping speed of 150, and when you delete this pump, this bug appears in the screenshot.

This mod: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/bobgreenhouse , https://mods.factorio.com/mod/angelsbioprocessing , remove the electric greenhouse recipe. They are probably replacing it with their own similar recipe, but their greenhouses do not duplicate the mod's recipes. Thus, the cycle of steam greenhouses cannot be converted to electricity.

The problem with the greenhouse disappears if you uncheck the Patches for Bob's mods and Patches for Angel's mods. Strange, I thought that the patch should provide compatibility.

In 1.0.0, I was able to patch this and angelsindustries (new component mode!) to make them compatible. I'm not really into factorio modding, but probably the whole compatibility patch could also be incorporated here, as the group managing angels mods did not really have capacities for it. If you find the time and if you are interested, I could give you my patch to merge it:
