Ok so when i start up the game with the mod Allowed, it will show this error : Error in assignID, item with name 'steel_pipe' does not exist.
Source : temperate-upgrade (recepie).

Ok found the issue, it was only because this mod requires Bob's logistics. If somebody had this problem, here ya go. :)
