b No additional cost to upgrading to Algae Farm MK2

I noticed in version 0.3.2, the upgrade recipe for Algae Farm MK2 includes only the Algae Farm MK1 with no additional material required.

In version 0.3.0, there appears to have been other materials that would have made this upgrade more understandable, but as previously mentioned by poma, the prerequisite Algae Farm MK1 was missing.
