Emulates alt mode by syncing the filters to an invisible chest below it.

Ideally one of the factorio devs notices this and adds it on the c++ side, but until then this solution is reasonable.

The thumbnail shows the 1x1 loaders from krastorio 2, but theoretically other mods that add entities of type loader-1x1 should work as well.
