Adjust distances between Space Age planets to be a bit larger while maintaining the 1:2:3 ratio between the inner planets (non-Aquilo), outer planets (Aquilo), and the Solar System Edge.

Distance tweaks are user-adjustable at game startup, and should be mostly safe to change halfway through a game.
